When selecting staff to attend our workshops, we recommend that you limit the number of trainees. Pick two senior team members, such as a head trainer and senior therapist, who have the capacity to train others. They can then pass on everything they've learnt to the rest of your spa team. Also as your hydrotherapy equipment experts they will be able to implement your spa's treatment protocols and wet treatment standards.
