Can the HydroSteam Generator be installed in the roof space above shower?
Yes, the generator can be installed above, below or alongside the shower – at any level up to 10 metres (30ft) away from the shower. The generator is compact and the size of a large Brief-Case/Hat Box.

No, there are no pumps within the generator to make noise. There is a soothing hissing noise as the steam enters the steam shower through the steam-inlet.

How long should I stay in the steam room?
Relax in your steam room for no more than 30 minutes per session. However, if you feel any sort of discomfort, we recommend you don’t stay in the steam room any longer. We have found that many people find just 10 minutes in a steam room invigorates them for the rest of the day. Please make sure that you drink plenty of water before and after your session as sweating can dehydrate you.
What is the difference between Steam Rooms and Saunas?
There is a slight difference between steam rooms and saunas, although many people use the terms steam room and sauna interchangeably. Steam rooms and saunas both heat the body for relaxation and health benefits. However, their point of difference is the humidity they deliver. Steam rooms heat the body using steam which is humid air, which is measured at 100 percent humidity at an approximate temperature range of 40°C. On the contrary, saunas heat with dry air, at a humidity level below 30 percent. Temperatures in saunas are also typically significantly hotter than steam rooms.[/et_pb_text][/et_pb_column][/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=”3.26.6″][et_pb_column type=”4_4″ _builder_version=”3.26.6″][et_pb_button button_url=”/contact-us/” button_text=”I want to know more” _builder_version=”4.4.3″][/et_pb_button][/et_pb_column][/et_pb_row][/et_pb_section]
